I’m surprised the Vizard attack didnt do much, I’m guessing it was because of Gerrad’s shield. Valkryie is pretty damn strong man, I didnt think it’d be that much of a difference in his power change. Did he actually take them out like Mask KO’d them or they’re just temporarily down? Hitsuygaya in a quincy outfit looks toooo sick bruh!! He might be the only one to be able to fight Valkryie alone properly due to his manipulation of the surroundings. Boom! Now I bet Hisagi will just come out of no where at one point and just attack Valkryie with his Bankai at one point to give them one small window of opportunity. Man this reminds me of One Piece where they fought Oz as a giant and they had to work as a team because he was so over powered. Weird though because I dont see how Renji and Byakuya’s Bankai wont be at least strong enough to do major damage since they’re so powerful too.
I thought. Askin’s thing went pretty much as expected. Not sure how Yoruichi might get out of that one. But I will be honest about the ending – Hitsugaya returning is probably the least exciting thing possible for me. I don’t even hate him, I just am not interested in him at all. I was getting kind of happy too see the Vaizards performing, I mean, I didn’t expect those attacks to actually do a thing to Gerard, but I was thinking they might at least be the ones to give him a fight. Actually slightly irked that Hitsugaya came and nicked their spotlight. Also not sure how he managed to stop Gerard’s arm when Senbonzakura (possibly Kageyoshi) didn’t even phase him.
I’ll say this for him, he wears the Wandenreich uniform well. Still though, it seems to me that ice is about the least useful thing to use against Gerard, except for the fact that it can be used to immobilise him rather than damage him and feed his powerups. I wonder if the fact that Wharwhelt is all icy is going to aid Hitsugaya though. Or rather, the fact that the whole place is floating in some endless sky, given that he uses the weather in his power. Regardless, point is I don’t really see how he can win this one.
Actually, the Vaizards turned up, but Urahara is still nowhere to be seen. In fact, how many people did Lille actually shoot down before Shunsui got in his face anyway? And now that I think about it, did Mayuri ever cure Kensei and Rose? If anyone needs a chance to actually win a fight, it’s those two.
